Returns & Exchanges
The2Tails wants you to satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the items are unworn. We will refund the items within 3 business days of receiving it. Please call or email us for details.

Shipping Costs
All of our merchandise is shipped USPS Priority Mail. USPS estimates domestic orders to arrive within 3 to 4 business days. However, USPS guidelines are not always accurate. Please allow at least 2 more business days on top of their estimated time frame.
USPS estimates international orders will arrive within 6 to 10 bussiness days, but may take longer depending on country's customs.
If your order is for a special occassion such as a birthday, please place your order at least two weeks in advance so there is no chance of disappointing any mermaids!!

Size Chart
The Child Tail fits mermaids that weigh between 50-90 lbs and have a women's shoe size 1-4; The Teen Tail fits mermaids that weigh between 50-90 lbs and have a women's shoe size 4-12; The Adult Tail fits mermaids that weigh between 90-150 lbs and have a women's shoe size 4-12. We also carry The Curvy Mermaid tail that fits mermaids between 150-220 lbs. and have a women's shoe size 4-12.
The Toddler tail: so that your little mermaid can look just like her big sisters while still keeping the feet free to walk and swim safely.
We are happy to introduce The Child Walking Tail, for the little mermaid who want to show off her tail on dry land.
